This topic sometime raises a big issue and hype among Nepalese. Infact, Buddha was born in Nepal. One should visit Lumbini, his birthplace in Nepal which lies south-west of the Capital City Kathmandu. The prince who left his palace in search of eternal peace and meaning in life, ended up in Nirvana or enlightenment. Since then, his path followed by his decedents have been spread among millions of people around the world in various ways.
